Here's a selection of some of the questions we're regularly asked by customers.
Can we hold our reptile party outside?
Yes, during the warmer spring/summer months we are happy to setup outside, but it's always best to have a plan b in case the great British weather has other ideas.
Do you charge for fuel
If you're based within 20 miles of Rayleigh, Essex no fuel charge will be added. If you're over 20 miles away we will add a small charge but this will be discussed with you prior to finalising the booking.
How do we pay you?
We are happy to accept payments via paypal, bank transfer or cash. Cheques will be accepted provided they're cleared before the event.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold full public liability insurance (£10m). We also hold Employers liability insurance.
Do your animals bite?
All of the animals are our pets, they're all well handled and over the many years of ownership a bond of trust has been formed. That being said, it's important to remember that they are animals, all animals are capable to biting but it's unlikely.
Is there an age limit for party guests?
There's no age limit, we try to tailor any line up of animals to suit the audience.
What happens if one of the animals has an 'accident'?
In the unlikely event that one of the animals defecates or urinates in your home or at a hall it will be thoroughly cleaned before departure. We have mats and protective sheets to prevent these sort of incidents.
what happens if we need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, please contact us asap. Deposits are non refundable but any other payments will be returned to you if party is cancelled 24 hours or more before the party date/time.
